UFRSD Board Goals 2007-2008

1. Establish procedure to improve board governance and efficiently address the work of the board (i.e. board meetings, agendas, individual meetings, long range planning calendar)
2. Continue to improve communication with the public
3. Initiate the strategic planning process

The Board identified that it is their responsibility to follow up on the board goals and develop action plans, monitor progress and then complete the board self-evaluation in a timely manner.
