Parking for all home events can be found in senior lot only. Parents, participants and others are asked to leave traffic lanes along the side of the high school open to traffic.

Winter sports physicals for 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th graders will be held in the nursing office of the middle school on the following date:
Wednesday, October 21, 2009 Between the hours of 8:00 - 10:00 a.m. Students in grades 5-8 who wish to participate in spring sports require a physical on record with the school district for the 2009-10 school year. A green athletic participation form must be completed by the parent/guardian. An explanation of the procedures for students to participate in spring sports is listed below.

Students may receive a physical by their private physician or by the school physician.

Private physician - Complete the blue part A & B two-sided physical form in full and return to the main office.

School physician - Complete both sides of the blue part A and student information on part B and return to the main office.
If a physical is on record for the current school year a white medical update form must be completed.

A green participation form must accompany the physical or medical update form.

Sports physicals will be held on Wednesday, February 3, 2010 during school hours in the middle school nurse's office (8:30 - 10:00 a.m.). All forms are available in the main office and may be downloaded from the school website at ufrsd.net. If the proper paperwork is not completed the student will not be allowed to participate until all paperwork is received. Private physical exam forms must be submitted on school forms by Monday, February 1, 2010. Please be advised of clearance delays due to late or incomplete paperwork that is submitted. Students will not be able to participate until all paperwork has been received and processed.

Baseball and Softball try-outs will begin on Wednesday, March 10, 2010.
