The Mental Health Association of Monmouth County, in partnership with Monmouth ACTS, has counselors available to provide free telephonic support for ANY Monmouth County resident in need. The Monmouth County COVID-19 hot line is now available by calling MHA directly Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm. 732.542.6422.
The pandemic all alone is stressful let alone the stress of work and having children!
There is a free support group for parents. You do not have to commit every week.
